This place is such a hidden gem, although it is always soo busy there is still a lot of people who don’t know about it. It has such a great vibe, and the food is always top notch. They cook the meat exactly how you ask, and the portions are very good. Service is great, even with how busy they get, the waiters are always very attentive and nice. Do not miss out on dessert, they have a few options but they’re all really good!
I went with a friend and Leo, our server was very warm, excellent service and attentive. The food was incredibly good, my friend complained for the sweet plantain overcooked and practically they gift us another side for him for free. I ate the “overcooked” sweet plantain and Thats how the house sell it and is delicious, authentic, is just different. The atmosphere feels 100% a fine dining with very affordable prices. Absolutely I will be back!!
Outstanding service our server and waiter Enrique did an amazing job letting us know what was popular and what the foods were. The food was great but the desserts really topped it off. Highly recommend getting the pineapple and the guava for desserts. It was an amazing dinner and definitely a good environment to be around.

It was my husband and I first time trying out this restaurant. It was a special treat for ourselves, our lil honeymoon. So to top it off Our server was amazing I believe his name was Harold. Harold was spot on everything he suggested. It was our first time trying different food and it was delicious. Thanks man for making our night amazing with some delicious food! :D
My experience was amazing. The food was beyond delicious, the ambiance was elegant, and the service was phenomenal. Anderson, my waiter was very attentive and helpful. I give the restaurant a 1,000 out of 10..... off the charts in every area. I will definitely visit again and again.
We have been to El Carnicero today and we have been satisfied with the food. Very well raised and with an exquisite flavor. The excellent service from the guy who has attended us, Yordy, very friendly, attentive and professional in the extension of the word, impressed because you generally do not find such good attention in the places of Miami. The place is very nice, cozy, beautiful, very comfortable. Highlight only one detail, they charged for a piece of bread less than 10 cm in size, 4 dollars, when in reality they could give that for the house. For the rest, everything is excellent. It's a place where I would return. The truth has been very good, especially highlighting the service in general and the very good atmosphere.
Anderson was truly an exceptional server. He made sure we were always hydrated and frequently checked in to see if our food was to our liking and if we were doing well. His attentiveness made our experience so much better. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!
